Shipping policy

We ship as 6 days a week, our cutoff for shipping is Mon-Fri 3pm Pacific Time, and 1pm Pacific on Saturdays.

Our standard low cost shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage which is 1-3 days for the Western US, 2-3 days for the Mid West, and 3-5 days for Northeast and Southern US. 2-5 days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases, and the Virgin Islands*.

We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping company. We do not cover "Porch Piracy" please have a secured location known to your UPS and USPS drivers if your area has these issues.

*Delays to these locations may happen, especially with hazmat items as they will need to go via ocean freight, contact us or USPS if your package is 3 days past its due date or has not been updated in 2 days and we will follow up with USPS to see what the delay is.
